PR Campaign
Building credibility for the newly established U.S.-based real estate firm Keller Williams in the Vietnam market.
Background
As a newly established branch of the renowned U.S.-based real estate firm Keller Williams, Keller Williams Vietnam (KWVN) sought to build credibility and attract top-tier real estate talent in a competitive market. The key challenge was to localize and effectively communicate the brand’s legacy, values, and unique model to the Vietnamese audience while staying aligned with Keller Williams’ global reputation.
Implementation
We implemented a multi-channel communication strategy. This included PR articles and a CEO cover story to position the brand as a trusted industry voice. We supported the Vietnamese publication of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent—a best-selling book by KW founder Gary Keller—by managing translation, licensing, and a comprehensive media campaign. To amplify engagement, we organized intimate talk shows around the book’s content, attracting new agents through both online and offline formats. A large-scale recruitment day followed, gathering over 500 agents from KWVN and other firms, driven by strategic media coverage and social invitations.
